Terms and Conditions Of Booking
ERA Clinic – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to ERA Clinic. By using our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a treatment or treatment plan, or undergoing treatment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These may be updated from time to time, so we encourage you to review them regularly.
1. Consultations and Appointments
All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Where an appointment forms part of a pre-paid treatment plan or course, the session will be forfeited if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as we are unable to fill appointments at short notice.
2. Treatment Suitability
We carry out thorough consultations to assess the suitability of treatments. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will explain the reasons and may suggest appropriate alternatives.
ERA Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client or if relevant medical information has not been disclosed.
3. Results and Expectations
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, outcomes vary between individuals due to factors such as age, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare advice.
We do not guarantee results. Realistic expectations will be discussed during your consultation, and maintenance treatments may be recommended to achieve or sustain optimal outcomes.
4. Payments, Treatment Plans & Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of treatment unless a payment plan or finance option has been agreed in advance.
All payments made for treatments, treatment plans, courses, and deposits are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to offer cash refunds, as we incur non-refundable transaction charges from our card payment provider at the time of payment.
If a treatment plan or course is cancelled after payment has been made:
Any treatment already received will be charged at the full individual treatment price
Any remaining balance will be retained as a credit on your account, with no expiry date
Account credit may be used towards any future treatment or service at ERA Clinic
Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments or partially used courses. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that complimentary sessions included as part of a promotional offer are subject to additional terms outlined in Section 5.
5. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.
Promotional Offers and Complimentary Sessions
From time to time, ERA Clinic may offer promotional treatment packages which include complimentary (free of charge) treatment sessions, including but not limited to Laser, EMFACE, and EXION treatments. Complimentary sessions are provided strictly as part of a promotional offer and are conditional upon the full completion of the initially purchased treatment course.
Complimentary sessions have no monetary value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative treatments. Complimentary sessions are not available independently and do not form part of the paid treatment value.
In the event that a treatment course is not completed for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, medical reasons, or changes in availability, any complimentary sessions included within the promotion will be deemed forfeited and will not be provided.
ERA Clinic applies this policy consistently across all promotional offers to ensure fairness and operational viability.
6. Medical Information
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or changes in your health prior to treatment. This information is essential to ensure your safety and to allow us to tailor treatments appropriately.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may compromise your safety and treatment results and may result in treatment being refused.
7. Children and Assistance Animals
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the clinic premises. For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms.
While we kindly ask clients not to bring pets into the clinic, assistance dogs are welcome.
8. Klarna Payment Options
ERA Clinic offers the option to spread the cost of treatments using Klarna, subject to eligibility and Klarna’s own terms and conditions.
Klarna allows you to pay in instalments or defer payment, making treatments more manageable. Approval decisions are made solely by Klarna.
By choosing Klarna, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna, and ERA Clinic is not responsible for Klarna’s approval process, payment schedules, or terms.

9. GoCardless Direct Debit Payment Plans
ERA Clinic also offers the option to pay for treatment courses via GoCardless Direct Debit Plans, allowing the cost to be spread over agreed monthly instalments.
Payments must be made on time as agreed. If a direct debit payment fails or is returned unpaid, a ÂŁ25 administration fee will be charged.
Missed or failed payments may result in the cancellation of your treatment plan. No refunds will be issued for treatments already used or scheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the agreed payment date.
10. Treatment Course Completion
To achieve the best possible results, it’s important to follow your recommended treatment schedule and adhere to the advised time between sessions.
All purchased treatment courses must be completed within 18 months of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated. Any remaining sessions after this period will be forfeited without refund.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to continue with a treatment course as planned, please contact us as soon as possible — we are always happy to discuss your options where appropriate.
