ERA Clinic – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ERA Clinic. By using our website, booking a consultation, or undergoing treatment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These may be updated from time to time, so we encourage you to check back regularly.

1. Consultations and Appointments

All new clients are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. If you are unable to attend, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a fee or the loss of your deposit.

2. Treatment Suitability

We carry out thorough consultations to assess the suitability of treatments. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will explain the reasons and may suggest appropriate alternatives. ERA Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client.

3. Results and Expectations

While we strive to achieve the best results possible, outcomes may vary depending on individual factors. We do not guarantee results, and realistic expectations will be discussed during your consultation. Maintenance treatments may be recommended to achieve or sustain optimal outcomes.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of treatment unless a finance agreement has been arranged in advance. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. Where a course of treatments has been purchased, refunds for any unused sessions may be considered on a pro-rata basis and will be subject to a 10% administration fee.

5. Gift Vouchers and Offers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.

6. Medical Information

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to undergoing any treatment. This information is essential to ensure your safety and allows us to tailor treatments appropriately. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your results and your safety.

7. Children and Assistance Animals

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the clinic premises. For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in treatment rooms. While we kindly ask clients not to bring pets into the clinic, assistance dogs are of course welcome.

8. Cherry Godfrey Finance

ERA Clinic is pleased to offer 0% finance options on all treatments over a repayment period of up to 12 months (terms apply), helping you spread the cost of your treatment. This facility is provided through Cherry Godfrey Finance, who are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading under the Moneylenders Act 1991 and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under the Designated Business Act 2015.

All finance plans include a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel without penalty. If you choose to cancel your finance agreement after the 14-day period, a 10% cancellation charge will apply. Full terms and eligibility will be discussed during your consultation.

9. GoCardless Direct Debit Plans

ERA Clinic also offers the option to pay for treatment courses via GoCardless Direct Debit Plans, allowing clients to spread the cost over monthly instalments. Payments must be made on time each month as agreed. If a direct debit payment fails or is returned unpaid, a £25 administration fee will be charged. Missed payments may result in the cancellation of your treatment plan, and no refunds will be issued for sessions already used or scheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the agreed payment date.

10. Treatment Course Completion

To achieve the best possible results, it’s important to follow your recommended treatment schedule and respect the advised time between sessions. Delays or extended gaps between treatments may impact your outcome. All purchased treatment courses must be completed within 18 months of the original purchase date, after which any remaining sessions will be forfeited without refund.

We do understand that circumstances can change. If you’re unable to continue with your treatment course as originally planned, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re always happy to discuss your options and support you where we can.
