We offer free of charge consultations for all of our face and body treatments. If you are unsure what treatment to book or you can’t see it listed, we’d recommend choosing an appropriate consultation from the consultation menu.

We hope you will be happy with the treatment you have booked or paid for with us. We also understand that sometimes circumstances change so please see our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your appointment we kindly request 24 hours notice. If you cancel 24 hours or less before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

Pre-Paid Appointment Cancellations:

No refunds will be given for cancelled pre-paid appointments. However, pre-paid appointments can be moved to a different date without further charge.

Treatment Packages:

If you have paid in full for a treatment package and decide not to go ahead for any reason a refund of the amount paid can be requested provided that none of the paid for treatment has taken place i.e none of the sessions have been used. Where sessions have been used, the treatment package can be banked for up to 18 months or forfeited after this time.

Booking fees for treatment packages set up using Go Cardless  are non-refundable. 

Refunds are subject to a £50 admin fee.

Please note: Refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment was made.
