What areas of the skin can be treated?
EMSCULPT treatment is suitable for women and men over the age of 18 years of age. It treats the abdomen, biceps, buttocks, calves, and triceps.
EMSCULPT is also an effective treatment for diastasis recti (abdominal wall separation, common after pregnancy) and has clinical studies to prove its efficacy. It also strengthens muscles which can help with back pain.

Will I need a consultation for EMSCULPT?
Before starting your treatment, you will need a full medical consultation. Most people can benefit from EMSCULPT.
What can I expect during treatment?
When you arrive for your treatment, you will be shown to our EMSCULPT treatment room. Your therapist will explain how the treatment works and there will be plenty of time to answer any questions you may have. You will then be shown to the EMSCULPT machine, and your therapist will explain how to correctly position yourself. Treatment will begin, and you can relax whilst the EMSCULPT does all the hard work for you!
Every cycle of EMSCULPT provides the equivalent of over 20,000 crunches in a single treatment session.
We recommend you wear something comfortable like gym gear, leggings, or lightweight clothing during treatment.
How long does EMSCULPT take?
Each treatment cycle is 28 minutes long.
How many treatment sessions are recommended?
A course of 4 treatment sessions over a 2-week period is recommended for the best results.

What conditions are contraindicated for EMSCULPT?
We are unable to treat you if you have metal implants within the area to be treated or if you are pregnant.
Does EMSCULPT treatment hurt?
EMSCULPT treatment is not painful. Most people describe the sensation as gentle pulsing as the muscle is contracted and liken it to feeling like an intensive workout. You can lay down and relax during treatment.
Is there downtime after EMSCULPT?
EMSCULPT is a non-invasive treatment with no notable side effects. You will not need to rest after treatment. One of the best things about it is that it is a walk-in, walk-out procedure, meaning that you can come and have your treatment and go about your normal activities straight away.
You can still go to the gym alongside treatment. Many of our clients choose to use EMSCULPT to tone up prior to joining a gym or use the gym afterwards to further enhance their results.
When will I see results?
Everyone is different, and results will vary depending on your age, physical condition, body mass index etc. Some see results from their first session. It is most usual to see results after the first three sessions. Following your treatment course, the muscle continues to build, meaning that your results will continue to improve over the next three months.

How long does EMSCULPT last?
Clinical studies show that most clients are still better in both muscle and fat even a year after their treatment programme.
Like all muscles, if not used regularly, they can weaken. Depending on your treatment goals you can opt to have a 6 or 12 month top up session if you feel it is needed. Keeping a healthy lifestyle is the key to maintain your results in the longer term.
